Where We Ship
We proudly ship nationwide across the Philippines via our courier J&T Express! Whether you’re in the bustling streets of Manila or chilling on a beach in Cebu, we’ll get your matcha fix delivered right to your doorstep.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (because great matcha deserves careful handling). Once your order is packed and ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your matcha’s journey to you.

Delivery Time
- Metro Manila: 2-4 business days
- Provincial Areas: 5-7 business days  
(We wish we could teleport it instantly, but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!)

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Keep an eye out for free shipping promos because who doesn’t love a little extra treat?

Tracking Your Order
Once your matcha is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep tabs on it (we know, waiting is the hardest part!).

Delays & Other Shenanigans
