Where We Ship
We proudly ship nationwide across the Philippines via our courier J&T Express! Whether you’re in the streets of Manila or on a beach in Cebu, we’ll get your matcha fix delivered right to your doorstep.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (because great matcha deserves careful handling). Once your order is packed and ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it.

Delivery Time
- Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
- Luzon: 1-5 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 3-7 business days
- Other Provincial Areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Keep an eye out for free shipping promos!

Tracking Your Order
Once your matcha is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep tabs on it.

Heat Sensitivity Notice
Our matcha is carefully packed to maintain its freshness and quality. As a natural and delicate product, it may be sensitive to heat during transit, especially in warmer climates.
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, exposure to high temperatures beyond our control may cause slight changes in color, aroma, or flavor. These variations are natural and do not affect the safety of the product. By placing an order, you acknowledge that such changes may occur during shipping.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier-related issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, there’s no need to worry—simply reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist and provide an update.
